This year's Teach Me How To Summit event is hosted on ThriveCart.
Why?
Because I like to switch things up and show fellow summit hosts that you can host your event on different platforms, do different things, and guess what...?
They still work!
So when I set out to plan this year's event, I knew I wanted to use ThriveCart because
- a lot of fellow online business owners use this platform already
- and I love the 1 time payment for lifetime access!
Why do people love ThriveCart?
Some host their programs, memberships, and courses on it. While others use it for selling templates, digital products and some even sell physical products.
My thought process is always 'start with what you have.'
And in this case, if a lot of people, including myself, already have ThriveCart or are likely to get it because of the low 1 time payment, then I want to make it easy for them to see how they can use it.
So I went to ThriveCart! and wooooow... what a cool platform for virtual summits!

How exciting is that? You can, and I did, just make it all up from the very start!
- Want to make it super bright and cheerful? Sure!
- Want to add welcome videos and helpful information right when people log in? Duh!
- And how about a cute sidebar on your main pages, so you can embed helpful links, and information without being overwhelming??? Yep! You can do that, too.
Actually, I ended up doing all of these things.
The welcome screen is 100% unique. You won't attend another event that looks like this one, and we love that!
The sidebar is full of helpful information. It has buttons that go straight to the information attendees need with one click!
And everything is branded in our cheerful event colors to keep it all seamless!
So, as you can see, if you attend the event, or did attend the event, depending on when you're reading this- ThriveCart made it really easy for us to add everything we needed and wanted, without all the other stuff that we didn't.
ThriveCart Event Update
Right now, I'm working on embedding the speaker videos into the 'lessons'. This should be completed by next week, which is amazing because I feel like I'm ahead of the curve!
We've opened registration 2 weeks early and even decided that when people buy our VIP Pass, not only are we giving them lifetime access (which I never do), but they also get early access to attend the trainings 2 weeks before the event even starts!
Woohoo! How fun is that?
