In Kajabi, I've done this by adding the "HELLO BAR" widget into the header of the website pages. It's easy to turn on and off and you can link it straight to the registration page.

This ensures that even if visitors scroll down or navigate away from the homepage to read some amazing blogs, they will still be reminded about the event. Make sure the banner is eye-catching and includes key details like dates, speakers, and benefits of attending.
Implement a Registration Pop-up:
Engage website visitors right when they are most interested by using a registration pop-up for your virtual summit on your website homepage.
Not usually a fan of having too many pop-ups, this is my one BIG exception to always adding another!
