Full Service Virtual Event Planning

Let's work together to produce the event you're dreaming of! From 1 day mini-summits to 5 day virtual summits and full digital conferences- I'm here to give you the support you need to make it all come together. 

Custom packages are offered depending on your needs and event length. Basic services include the following:  

• Summit strategic planning sessions to nail down on the goals of your event.
• Full summit launch plan in Airtable for keeping track of task items and due dates.
• HeySummit Event Website Setup 
• Speaker onboarding and management
• Speaker Homebase with everything your Speakers need to participate, prepare, and promote. 
• Email templates for Speaker & Sponsor outreach. 
• Summit email setup and management via HeySummit
• Daily live event management

★ I only accept a very limited number of these events each year and you must submit a full application and schedule a 1 hour consultation ($150) to discuss your plans. 

Consults are non-refundable and monies paid are in no way a guarantee of services. They are just a screening tool to see if your event is the right fit and if we can help/partner.

Do you have a great idea for a virtual summit in the perfect niche? Work with me, Sharee Collier to plan, produce and co-host your event for your audience.

Not only will I be right by your side for all the planning and prep, but I'll take on an active role in recording interviews and hosting live sessions, so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed! 

Custom packages are offered depending on your needs and event length. Basic services include the following:  

• Everything in our Full Service Virtual Event Planning Package
• Live Co-Host for 1 Daily Welcome Call or Wrap Up Session every day of your event
• Live Co-Host for 1 Panel Session every day of your event
• I'll schedule and pre-record 1 speaker interview for every day of your event.
