There are a few tools you'll need in addition to your normal business website and email marketing tool.

But the good news is that there are only a few that are necessary and each one has a variety of options at different price points to suit all budgets:

Optional:

- Video Conferencing tool if you'll be doing live sessions or panels

- Private Podcast Tool, if you want to host a private audio only feed of your event. 

You'll have access to our live support and strategy for 1 full year, but you don't need that much time to plan your event!

Stage 1: We start our program by getting clear on your goals and outlining the strategy for reaching them. 

Stage 2: After we know your post-event plans are solid and ready to go, you'll move into planning your event, which takes about 120 days.

Stage 3: Once you've wrapped up your event, (and rested)  you'll then move into the post-event launch stage where you'll start promoting your offer to your eager new audience to help them achieve their goals, or nurture, nurture, nurture until they're ready!

This will really depend on how many people you'll have helping you with your event. 

We usually see people spending between 15-20 hours a week working on their event, especially for 1st time hosts. 

Once you have your system setup, branding is completed and you know what you're doing- you can expect to spend about 10 hours a week on any re-runs of your event using the same process.

After your year in Summit & Scale is up, you'll retain access to all of the incredible trainings and templates in our Summit Host System! 

They are yours to keep!

Live support and strategy will expire along with access to our Video Vault, unless you choose to extend. 

And if you decide you want to add the support and strategy back on for help with your next run of the summit, we'll send over a special offer to get you back enrolled and ready to go!

Launching after a summit is a great way to offer the next step for your attendees. If you have a scalable offer (course, digital product, membership...) that's already been proven to sell, we recommend you use that. 

But if you're set on trying to launch a new product, service, or even a business off the back of a great virtual event- we won't stop you!

There may be areas where less time is needed or opportunities where you'll be able to work ahead. 

Live calls will be recorded and made available to review in the Summit & Scale members area. 

If you're unable to attend, you'll be able to submit your questions ahead of time, which we will answer on the call. 

You are also free to record your 1:1 calls, so that you can go back and revisit the items discussed.

We do not make any promises or guarantees regarding your specific results. 

Our program will teach you how to plan and produce a virtual summit using our Summit Host System. 

While we've used our system to produce over a dozen personal events as well as countless client events, each event is uniquely different as are the results they bring. 

We hope you understand that ROI from virtual summits is measured in more ways than registration numbers and immediate revenue.

Most summit hosts see the value of producing a virtual summit and the impact it has on their personal and business network, their community, and most obviously their business. 

Due to the digital nature of this program, the templates, and the level of access you're provided immediately after you join, we do not offer refunds. 

We also cannot offer cancellations on the payment plans we've offered. So it's important to understand that if you choose a payment plan you are making payments toward the total program fee, not participating in a subscription service where you pay for the month and can cancel at any time.
