While we've used our system to produce over a dozen personal events as well as countless client events, each event is uniquely different, as are the results they bring. 

We hope you understand that ROI from virtual summits is measured in more ways than registration numbers and immediate revenue.

Most summit hosts see the value of producing a virtual summit and the impact it has on their personal and business network, their community, and, most obviously, their business.

The program includes a comprehensive curriculum of templates, tools, and training to help you plan and set up a virtual summit using the HeySummit Platform. It also includes weekly group coaching and co-working calls where you can come to work and/or ask your questions.

You'll learn how to plan, organize, promote, and execute a virtual summit. If you want to host a virtual summit, this is the program to help you do it without stressing out over tech setup, what steps to take or having to buy a whole bunch of extra tools.

With our VIP Experience, you take Summit & Scale to the next level with 1:1 support options and a fully customizable HeySummit event- just for you! 

How does this work? 

It's simple, our VIP clients can use our HeySummit account to produce 1 event. 

When you sign up for VIP, we will create a virtual event website for you to customize as you see fit, using our HeySummit event template that includes starter copy on landing pages and our recommended settings. 

We'll do the first round of setup within your account, making sure you have the necessary settings, templates for your event emails are loaded, and your landing pages have of starter copy and layout set up. From here, you can load your speakers, sponsors, and session details and customize it to fit your needs. 

We'll work with you to make sure it's ready to go before opening registration, operating during your event, and closed up properly once your event has finished.

Virtual summits can help grow just about any business, hobby, or community by hundreds if not thousands of new leads. 

But, if you're hoping to see the biggest impact on your business including short-term and long-term revenue, we find that having a niche B2C (Business To Consumer) audience that's tightly targeted or a highly active and engaged B2B (Business to Business) works best.

There are a few tools you'll need in addition to the HeySummit platform if you choose not to go with our VIP Option (which includes access to our HeySummit account).

What's Not Included: 

• Contracts & Terms & Conditions for your event. 
• Email Marketing Tool
• Payment Gateway (Stripe/Paypal)
• Video Recording & Hosting Tool

But the good news is that there are only a few that are necessary and each one has a variety of options at different price points to suit all budgets. 

- Contracts: We do not provide contracts for your speakers, sponsors, affiliates, etc. 

- Email Marketing Tool: We do not include any email marketing services or tools. HeySummit does allow you to send event emails using their system. 

- Payment Gateway: You will need your own payment gateway, such as Strip or PayPal, to connect inside HeySummit. This will allow you to sell tickets to your event. You will not need this if your tickets are free. 

- Video Recording & Hosting Tool: You'll need a place to record and store your videos outside of HeySummit. You can use Google Drive to store your videos for FREE (but videos will not autoplay on the session pages.)

- Full-Service Event Planning: Summit & Scale is a group coaching program that provides the tools and training you need to plan your event. Sharee will not be planning or coordinating your event. If you need these services, please view our Full Service Planning Services.

This will really depend on how many people you'll have helping you with your event and the scope of your summit.

However, we'll provide you with a structured plan to help you manage your time effectively, and all your tasks will have a custom due date for when they need to be completed to stay on track. Many summit hosts find they can effectively plan their event with about 10-15 hours a week.

Once you have your system set up, branding is completed, and you know what you're doing- you can expect to spend a little less week on any re-runs of your event using the same process.

After your 6 month coaching in Summit & Scale is up, you'll retain access to all of the incredible trainings and templates in our Summit Host Planning System! 

They are yours to keep!

Live support and strategy will expire unless you choose to extend for a small monthly fee. 

Launching after a summit is a great way to offer the next step for your attendees. If you have a scalable offer (course, digital product, membership...) that's already been proven to sell, we recommend you use that. 

But if you're set on trying to launch a new product, service, or even a business off the back of a great virtual event- we won't stop you. Although we will caution you that testing new offers this way is pretty risky!

★Sharee has launched new offers successfully off a summit and welcomed thousands of new leads into her orbit as the new kid on the block- but it was a risky move.

So as long as you understand the risk of testing a new offer on the back of something that takes a considerable amount of time and energy to pull together, we're happy to help you along your summit journey as well. 

Live calls may be recorded and made available to review in the Summit & Scale members area. 

If you're unable to attend, you'll be able to submit your questions ahead of time, which we will answer on the call. 

You are also free to record your 1:1 calls, so that you can go back and revisit the items discussed.

A basic level of tech knowledge is needed to complete your event. 

Airtable is a free tool that makes using our project plans easy and accessible. If you choose not to use Airtable you will be responsible for setting up your own project management software and staying organized.

We do not provide project plans in other software, although you might be able to import our plan into something you are familiar with. 

You have the flexibility to choose how you want to collect payments for your event.

HeySummit integrates with several popular payment processors, allowing you to select the option that best suits your needs.

No. Unfortunately, we do not allow the addition of steam members to the platform. However, you are welcome to share your login information with your team if they will be helping you plan and produce the event. 

Yes! We recommend hosting your summit inside the 6-month container for the group program. This usually ends up happening in Month 5 if you're following the plan from start to finish. 

You'll retain access to the templates and training after the 6-month group coaching ends. 

And if you need more time with our coaching and support, we can extend your access for a small monthly fee.
